REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 30 days. If the item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange where available.
Package the shoes carefully in their original box & a secure outer wrapper where possible, and send them back clearly addressed to:

Please add your receipt or name/order number to the package so we can identify your return. unidentified returns can delay your refund.
We recommend you use some form of registered post in case you need to track your parcel. You are responsible for the parcel until the parcel is signed for by a staff member of the Whitby Cobbler. We will email you to let you know that your return has been refunded within 5 working days of receiving the return. Any problems, don’t hesitate to call us on 01947 821119
Please note, we fully expect the returned item to be fit for resale. All returns must be brand new and have the original box and inners. Do not stick postage labels or tape to the box itself, please wrap the box securely then add the labels. If the box is defaced or damaged in any way we withhold the right to reject the return and post them back to you. This does not effect your consumer rights.
For overseas returns, we do not provide a returns label. If the item is faulty we will refund your overseas postage fees after the return has arrived and the item has been examined by us or the manufacturer and the fault has been confirmed. All general overseas returns will be refunded minus the postage fee. We will not accept any additional Duty fees or tax.
Are you entitled to a postage refund?
- If the item is confirmed as faulty, all your postage fees will be fully refunded.
- If you wish to exchange a size or style, we will arrange a parcel collection from your address.
- If you are not home when the delivery attempt is made and the parcel makes its way back to us, you are entitled to a full refund on the item but your postage fee (if any) will not be refunded.
- We do not refund postage fees on international or overseas returns unless the item is faulty.
