Online Shoe Repairs

We accept postal shoe repairs. To have your shoes repaired by us, please follow this three step process:

Step One:

Contact us via thewhitbycobbler@gmail with a description of the repair needed and images if necessary and we will reply within 24hrs with a free quote.

Step Two:

If you are happy with the quote, download the PDF by clicking the button below. Fill in the PDF and send it in with your shoes for repair.

Step Three:

We will contact you once the repair is complete and ask for payment. This can be made over the phone, by bank transfer or via Paypal. We will then post the completed repair back to you.

SHOE REPAIRS

We have over 17 years of shoe repairing experience. We repair everything shoe-related from standard re-heeling to traditional high end leather sole and heel repairs. Our aim is to have your shoes ready within 2 days. In some cases, ‘while-you-wait’ repairs are available.

LEATHER REPAIR

We provide a patchwork and stitching service – whether a pair of shoes, a leather jacket or a hand bag; we will always try to help.

SHOE CARE

In store we stock a wide range of shoe care products such as polish, shoe creams, protector, cleaner, dubbin, saddle soap and dyes. We also have insoles, heel grips and shoe brushes.

KEY CUTTING

Our engraving service is of the highest quality. Material dependent, we can engrave anything from dog tags, wedding/christening gifts to tankards. Most engraving is done in our workshop so same day engraving is available (a rarity, but a service we’re very proud of).

ZIP REPLACEMENT

We replace zips in boots, whether its a 10in ankle boot zip or a 25in riding boot zip we can do the job to a very high standard.
